Hoult’s Silver Coast Dogs Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Hoult’s Silver Coast Dogs! By using our dog walking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
Our service offered is dog walking. The scope and details of the services for your dog will be agreed upon in advance with each client.
3. Consultation
All services include a free 30-minute initial consultation to meet you and your dog, understand your needs, and ensure we are a good match.
4. Booking and Payment
Booking: Services must be booked in advance. You can book through our website portal. Booking walks is subject to availability in our calendar.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking with our ‘The Casual Walker’ 1-hour ad hoc walk and prior to booking with all our ‘The Regular Walker packages’. We accept debit cards, credit cards and Apple Pay.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If no cancellation is made, the entire amount will be charged.
The Regular Walker Packages: Our 'The Regular Walker' 10 Pack, 15 Pack, and 20 Pack all expire 8 weeks after the first one-hour walk booking date, meaning all one-hour walks must be used within this 8-week period. Any unused walks remaining after this period will be forfeited. Our 2 x 1hr, 3 x 1hr, 4 x 1hr & 5 x 1hr walks per week ‘The Regular Walker’ Packages require that all walks included in the package are used within one week. These can be used at any time that is available during the one week using our booking system. Our Regular Walker Subscription Packages are ongoing subscriptions with a weekly or fortnightly billing cycle that is automatically renewed unless cancellation notice is provided in writing. These packages can be canceled at any time and require 1 week's cancellation notice. A subscription renewal reminder email will be sent 2 days prior to each subscription renewal date.
5. Client Responsibilities
Health and Vaccinations: All dogs must be in good health and up to date with vaccinations. Proof of vaccination may be required. You inform us if your dog suffers from any illness.
Behaviour: Dogs must not exhibit aggressive behaviour. Any behaviour issues must be disclosed during the initial consultation.
Leash and Equipment: Clients must provide a suitable leash and any necessary equipment (e.g., harness, muzzle).
6. Liability
Insurance: We are fully insured with commercial liability insurance. However, you are liable for any injuries, loss, or damage caused by your dog, directly or indirectly to other dogs, persons or property during the service. It is also a requirement that you have dog owner’s liability insurance for your dog in order to use Hoult’s Silver Coast Dogs services.
Missing Dogs: Even with the most careful supervision, a dog can escape on a walk, If the dog is not found again despite an intensive search, the owner has no right to compensation.
Emergency: In the event of an emergency, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If we are unable to reach you, we will take appropriate action to ensure the safety and well-being of your dog.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and will protect your personal information. Your data will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
8. Marketing
We reserve the right to use photos of the dogs we have taken for marketing purposes. By accepting our terms and conditions, you give us this consent-if not otherwise communicated. All content made by Hoult’s Silver Coast Dogs are the property of Hoult’s Silver Coast Dogs and may not be used in any way without prior consent.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
